I personally don't even think anyone should have full terms in the government. There's literally still people in office from when segregation was legal. They will inherently have bias, on top of that the way technology moves no one should be allowed to have a permanent status in the government. That being said the president shouldn't have the highest paying job in the government. They're essentially a figure head for us to publicly abuse, they should get a fourth of what they make a year, especially since they keep their payment for the rest of their life...I voted No because he is only there for 4 years whereas we have Government employees who stay in the system for their entire careers. Those who stay in the government expect to ladder up to the next level or at least get a cost of living type raise.
